We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will play a key part in ensuring our Sales Cloud environment runs efficiently, integrates seamlessly with SiteTracker, and supports our growing business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system usability, implement best practices, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud to support daily business operations.
- Manage and optimize SiteTracker integrations and workflows to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide insights for business stakeholders.
- Handle user management, including permissions, profiles, and roles.
- Perform regular system audits and ensure data integrity and security compliance.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations.
- Support change management processes, documentation, and training for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, integration, or performance.
- Stay current on Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to continually improve system efficiency.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (minimum 2-3 years).
- Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud.
- Strong working knowledge of SiteTracker (configuration, integration, and user management).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification ( ADM-201) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Service Cloud and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, DemandTools).
- Familiarity with API integrations and third-party apps from the Salesforce AppExchange.
- Exposure to project management or agile methodologies.
