Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 4+ years of experience with automation tools, including Selenium, RFT, UFT, Eclipse, IntelliJ, or IDEs, version control tools, including Git, SVN, and industry best practices to successfully integrate in a client development environment
- Experience with writing test plans, detailed test cases, creating test scenarios, executing manual or automated test scripts, and generating test results
- Experience with reviewing business requirements and system specifications for planning the test scope
- Experience with developing and configuring automated test scripts and maintaining automated test and test environments that support cross-browser testing
- Experience with designing and developing manual and automation scripts for regression testing
- Experience with SDLC and implementing incremental automation test scripts in an Agile team cadence
- Experience with logging defects, creating defect reports, and conducting regression testing
- Experience with Pega 8.x
- IRS Moderate Risk Background Investigation (IRS MBI)
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with DevOps concepts and integrating regression tests as part of the CI/CD pipeline and build process
- Experience with implementing a test automation suite to validate COTS and 3rd party products
- Experience with 508 testing
- Experience with programming languages, including Java, C, C++, C#, or Python
- Knowledge of non-functional automation testing tools, including JMeter or LoadRunner
- Knowledge with Web Services and API testing using tools, including SoapUI and Postman
- Agile or SAFe Certifications
- Software Tester Certification
