Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our team, focusing on the Enterprise Price Estimation application. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally and make a significant impact on product development and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring features and user stories are prioritized effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring product alignment with user needs and expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and delivery teams to promote an agile development approach.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project status and key decisions.
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps and release plans, driving optimal performance.

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with tools like AHA/Rally.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with medical claims, particularly within the COSMOS platform.
  • Familiarity with software implementation from ideation to delivery.
  • Strong facilitation skills for meetings and presentations.
  • Experience collaborating with senior-level business stakeholders.
