Job Title: Data Quality Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data across our platforms. This role requires deep expertise in cloud technologies, automation, testing frameworks, and data analytics, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI/ML capabilities to enhance data quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Azure Cloud Integration: Design and implement scalable data quality solutions using Azure services.
• CI/CD Automation: Develop and maintain automated pipelines using YAML for continuous integration and deployment.
• Test Automation: Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and manage test cases in Qtest.
• Data Analytics & Engineering: Utilize Databricks for data processing and analysis, ensuring high data quality standards.
• SQL Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation and profiling.
• Scripting & Automation: Develop Python scripts for data quality checks, anomaly detection, and reporting.
• Code Quality & Security: Integrate SonarQube and CodeQL into CI/CD pipelines to enforce code quality and security standards.
• AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with data scientists to embed machine learning models into data quality workflows for predictive analytics and intelligent anomaly detection.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD automation using YAML.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium, Qtest, and automated testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and advanced SQL query development.
• Solid programming skills in Python.
• Familiarity with SonarQube and CodeQL for code analysis.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in data quality engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Azure, Databricks, or relevant testing tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
