Role-: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Cooperstown NY 13326
Mode : Contract (6+ Months)
Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
Support Microsoft Office 365, email, and collaboration tools.
Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when required.
Requirements:
1 3 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11) and basic networking.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
