Job Details

Role-: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Cooperstown NY 13326

Mode : Contract (6+ Months)

  • Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.

  • Support Microsoft Office 365, email, and collaboration tools.

  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.

  • Perform routine system maintenance and updates.

  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when required.

Requirements:

  • 1 3 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11) and basic networking.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
