Title: Senior ERP Business Analyst /Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite)

Duration : 6+ months

Relevant Experience

• Experience with ERP platforms and industry solutions including, but not limited to CGI Advantage, PeopleSoft, Cornerstone, SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
• Proven ability to conduct cross-functional stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Track record of actionable recommendations to successful ERP optimizations.
• Ability to provide independent, objective analysis without vendor bias.
• Looking for a virtual team member to play strategic consulting role with us for ERP advisory and implementation.
• Business Analyst to help lead ERP System Assessment, provide options, gaps, costs, benefits, and risks used to compare the following options.
• In general, the objectives of this engagement are:
• Conduct an ERP system assessment to evaluate current state technologies, business processes, and data management.
• Identify a strategic path forward utilizing the ERP System assessment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Initial role will be to assist client with needs analysis leading to a package replacement project: technology, business process, data management
• Expected follow-on work to include vendor selection andor execution of an implementation project.
• Facilitate identification of all project stakeholders; formalize a consultant communication plan; develop a project plan including timelines; facilitate project meetings; track all decisions; and track all issues with proposed actions.

Skill Set: Mandatory

• Broad functional experience with enterprise software: Financials, Supply Chain, HCM (e.g., Oracle ERP; SAP; JD Edwards; PeopleSoft; Workday) Must have experience with more than one package
