Role: Pega QA Lead (Healthcare Claims)
Location: Remote
Overview:
The role focuses on leading Quality Assurance for Pega-based healthcare claim systems particularly Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and claims workflows. You ll ensure that applications meet healthcare compliance, performance, and reliability standards.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and execute QA test plans for Pega healthcare apps.
Perform functional, API, and automation testing using Selenium, TOSCA, Postman.
Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure defect-free releases.
Lead UAT sessions and report quality metrics.
Handle debugging through Pega tools (Tracer, Clipboard, Rules Inspector).
Must-Have Skills:
Pega testing (hands-on)
Healthcare claims & membership domain experience
Strong QA leadership & defect management experience
Automation tools (Selenium, TOSCA) and API testing (Swagger, Postman)
Nice-to-Have:
CI/CD, DevSecOps exposure
HIPAA/Healthcare IT compliance knowledge
Performance testing or team mentoring experience
