SAP Project Manager Ariba
Position Overview
The SAP Project Manager (Ariba) leads endtoend implementation, enhancement, and support projects focused on SAP Ariba procurement solutions. This role oversees project planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of procurement transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fullcycle SAP Ariba implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Develop and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including IT, procurement, finance, suppliers, and external partners.
- Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Oversee Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Guided Buying.
- Ensure integration alignment between Ariba and SAP ERP (ECC/S4HANA).
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery quality from system integrators.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive user training and change management to ensure adoption and smooth transition.
- Provide postgolive support and continuous improvement recommendations.
