Job Details

Are you passionate about leveraging Workday to drive strategic compensation decisions? Join our team as a Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing our Compensation Review process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, and IT teams to design and roll out the Workday Compensation Review process.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices to ensure strategic decision-making during implementation.
  • Validate process design choices to align with business needs and compensation philosophy.
  • Support the configuration of Workday's Compensation Review functionality.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

Skills

  • Proven experience in Workday Advanced Compensation configuration with a focus on Compensation Review cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing projects efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR and compensation processes such as merit, bonus, stock, and market adjustments.
  • Familiarity with deploying or supporting multiple Compensation Review cycles in Workday.
