Job Details

Are you passionate about leveraging Workday to drive strategic compensation decisions? Join our team as a Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing our Compensation Review process.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, and IT teams to design and roll out the Workday Compensation Review process.
Provide expert guidance on best practices to ensure strategic decision-making during implementation.
Validate process design choices to align with business needs and compensation philosophy.
Support the configuration of Workday's Compensation Review functionality.
Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

Skills

Proven experience in Workday Advanced Compensation configuration with a focus on Compensation Review cycles.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated capability in managing projects efficiently.

Preferred Skills

Experience with HR and compensation processes such as merit, bonus, stock, and market adjustments.
Familiarity with deploying or supporting multiple Compensation Review cycles in Workday.
