Job Description
Responsible for the oversight/management of integration of ERP systems. Tracking, analyzing, helping to resolve issues. Communicating with management on any issues/delays that may impact go live. Strong project mangement experience who is a quick learner and ability to execute and deliver. Very proactive in knowing upcoming tasks and able to guide and manage functional teams to complete tasks on time. Responsible for managing 2-3 ERP's simultaneously. Have completed at least 3 ERP integrations - entire lifecycle.
Required:
- 10+ years of project management experience, including IT or related business experience
- 10+ years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of project life cycle methodologies.
- Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships.
- Experience managing SDLC projects using an iterative methodology preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PMI based project management competency areas and methodologies and experience applying these methods to manage successful projects.
- Analytical skills are required to effectively manage activities related to budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control and reporting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and experience leveraging these skills to interact with all levels of management.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
