  • Business Process Management: Knowledge of insurance industry operations, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data management strategies and improvements.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and Solvency II, ensuring data management practices are compliant with legal standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and manage expectations, ensuring alignment on data-related objectives.

  • Data Modeling & ETL: Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing techniques to ensure accurate and efficient data integration.
  • Data Quality Tools: Experience with data profiling, data quality assessment, and monitoring tools to ensure data is fit for use.
  • Scripting & Automation: Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) to automate data processing and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and services for data storage and processing.
Qualifications:
