Role Description:

• Be a part of the migration of infrastructure and jobs from Control-M to RunMyJobs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end job scheduling workflows across SAP and non-SAP systems using RunMyJobs.
• Utilize Redwoods pre-built templates and connectors to streamline process automation.
• Develop and maintain Process Definitions, Chains, and Event-driven schedules within the RunMyJobs environment.
• Monitor job executions, troubleshoot failures, and implement corrective actions to maintain system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and deliver effective scheduling solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SLA requirements through proactive monitoring and reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices related to RunMyJobs and workload automation.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workload automation, with at least 1 year using RunMyJobs by Redwood.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, or Shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems, including S/4HANA, and their integration with job scheduling tools.
• Experience with event-driven scheduling and automation in hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ready to work in both IST and EST time zones, as well as weekend on-call.
• Excellent communication skill.

Good to have:

• Certifications in Redwood RunMyJobs.
• Experience with Control-M administration / Scheduling.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools.
