Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to support cross-functional initiatives related to Salesforce applications. This hybrid role requires a candidate who brings both strong analytical and project management capabilities, along with deep Salesforce application expertise.

The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to ongoing Salesforce initiatives. You ll participate in business analysis, project coordination, financial meetings, contract negotiations, and architectural discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the functional expert for Salesforce applications, with preferred experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
  • Act as a Business Analyst and Project Manager across multiple initiatives
  • Gather and document business requirements, define project scope, and help prioritize features
  • Lead or facilitate financial, architecture, and contract negotiation meetings
  • Collaborate with Salesforce technical teams to ensure business needs are translated into scalable solutions
  • Drive efficiency and serve as a "voice of reason" for aligning business and technology objectives
  • Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Support testing and rollout of new Salesforce features or enhancements
