Job Title: Knowledge Base Migration Specialist
Location: Onsite Palm Beach Gardens, FL (5 days/week)

Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Knowledge Base Migration Specialist to support the migration of our existing IT knowledge base. This role focuses on leveraging tools like Confluence (Cloud), SharePoint, and Jira to develop templates and merge existing content into those templates. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise with these platforms and the ability to understand what is possible within each tool from a functional perspective.
This is not a content creation role-the content already exists. Instead, you will work on structuring, organizing, and migrating it effectively. The position is currently part of a Proof of Concept (POC) phase, so adaptability and problem-solving skills are key.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand migration requirements and platform capabilities.
- Develop and implement templates for knowledge base content.
- Merge existing content into templates while ensuring consistency and usability.
- Assist in evaluating and testing POC solutions for Confluence Cloud and SharePoint.
- Provide technical insight into platform features and limitations.
- Maintain documentation of processes and best practices.
- Confluence Cloud experience (on-prem experience is not sufficient).
- SharePoint expertise.
- Jira proficiency.
- Ability to provide samples of previous work (templates, migration projects, etc.).
- Experience producing training materials.
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
- Event planning experience.
- IT background.
- Project Management experience.
