Role: Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer
Location: Atlanta , Georgia Hybrid (3 days onsite/week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online.
- Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and integrations with Teams and Azure services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution architecture and drive successful implementations.
- Integrate AI-driven features (Copilot, Azure AI, Cognitive Services) into business workflows.
- Enforce governance, security, and best practices across Microsoft 365 environments.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform .
- Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 with Azure services and external systems.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools (Power Virtual Agents, Copilot, Azure AI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platformt Expert or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or Azure integrations.
- Prior experience working in hybrid or onsite consulting engagements.
