As an Account Manager at HeartCentrix Solutions, you ll be the primary liaison between our clients and our recruiting team. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a strategic approach to client management, and a sales-oriented mindset. You ll be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high satisfaction while expanding HeartCentrix s client base within the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their staffing needs and aligning them with HeartCentrix s services.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing status updates, and resolving any concerns.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure that candidates meet client requirements and maintain a high level of service.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for new business and account growth, leveraging a consultative sales approach.
• Track and report on client activity, account progress, and job orders to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Negotiate contract terms and fees in alignment with HeartCentrix s business objectives and client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and staffing needs in IT, providing insights and recommendations to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management, ideally within IT staffing, technical services, or related fields.
• Sales-oriented background with demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and relevant industry tools.
• Strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on growing and retaining client relationships.
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
