Position: Senior QA Automation Engineer
Location: Onsite – 4 days per week
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst with strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing to support enterprise-level applications. This role requires a quality-driven mindset, the ability to translate business requirements into effective QA artifacts, and experience testing web, API, desktop, and Citrix-based applications in a structured SDLC environment.
Must-have:
- 13+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Strong manual testing experience (functional, regression, integration, ad-hoc)
- Hands-on automation experience using tools such as Selenium, UTP, or Automation Anywhere
- Experience testing web, API, desktop, and Citrix-based applications
- Programming/scripting experience in C#, Java, or JavaScript
- Advanced SQL skills (SQL Server)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA lifecycle, and defect management
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases based on business requirements
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation test scripts and frameworks
- Perform API, UI, and integration testing across multiple platforms
- Execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy and backend processing
- Identify, track, and manage defects through the full lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with business, development, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery
