Job title: IT Project Manager IV
Contract Type: 1 year contract
Location: 5 days a week in Alpharetta
5 days Onsite role
Required experience/skills:
-You'll drive complex, high priority projects or phases of larger programs using Agile methodology.
-Provide clear and concise project and program communication and status to all levels of the organization
-Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, mitigating risks/issues, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions in accordance with stated procedure
-Utilize enterprise tools (e.g. Jira, Clarity, Confluence, etc.) to assist with managing projects
-Experience with preparing and assisting with major system releases/implementations
Day-to-Day
The Project Manager will provide direction and execution on projects associated with application/system development, enhancement, support and maintenance projects. You will be the point person responsible for aligning project resources (people and hardware), building project schedule, providing weekly updates, blocking/tackling for our scrum teams, keeping Portfolio Manager up to speed and assisting Portfolio Manager with portfolio-related activities (e.g. obtain project estimates, provide input into larger Portfolio Health status, prepare for system releases, etc.)
