Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer to join our team in support of a critical project with United Airlines. This role is heavily backend-focused (approximately 70%), with some responsibilities in frontend development (30%). The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and a proven track record of developing scalable and high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using .NET (C#)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with internal and third-party systems
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Implement and support frontend components as needed using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 7 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on backend .NET (C#) technologies
• Solid experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework
• Proficiency in SQL Server and writing complex queries
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks like Angular or React
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Preferred:

• Experience working in the Airlines or Travel domain
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
