Ford Design - Technical Operations turns design vision into reality with an obsession to detail and the art of the possible. As an integral part of Ford Global Design, we deliver theme feasibility, surface geometry, and production-launch appearance quality. This Studio Program Analyst role is critical in planning, communicating and delivering that vision into reality.

What you'll do...
- Successfully guide Studio Design programs through the studio appearance development and approval processes from start to finish.
- Lead studio "start-up" and coordination meetings.
- Schedule and lead, as appropriate, the required feasibility and surface milestone reviews through the Design management Appearance Approval Process. Collate, compile, and present materials as required.
- Create, maintain and update studio property plans, surface release plans, program content summaries, and program appearance approval tracker
- Create workplans and coordinate development of program Market Research stimuli
- Develop, share, and archive best practices for Global Studio processes as they relate to corporate product development system
You'll have...
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of outstanding project or program management skills.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in narrowing product scope and facilitating decisions on complex product, including leading and presenting to decision making forums.
