Job description:

• Audit deliverables for all Internal/External Audits.
• Management liaise with Data Support within Teams to resolve process related issues.
• Troubleshooting issues related to Non-ESM file processing.
• Data setup for testing any bug fixes, application release.
• The MSSQL reports and automated alerts as per business requirements.
• With DBAs team for database/application performance issues.
• Any data mismatch/data integrity issues.
• With DBAs and development team to address bug fixes, production issues and any new enhancements.
• and publishing key reports based on the business requirements.
• tuning, advanced queue management, migration of DTS packages to SSIS, extensive report automation.
• must address all tickets escalated by L2 team and assigned to L3 team.
• production issues/ outages and scheduled activities during weekends.
• closely with onsite Application Product Manager, ADS and AIS teams to achieve desired outcome.
• identify areas of improvement or prevention of gaps and provide quality of service to clients.
