Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Web Content Writer / Manager to create, edit, and manage engaging content for enterprise-level websites. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in content strategy, SEO, digital marketing, and user experience. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, accurate, and user-friendly content.

Responsibilities:
Research and define strategies for presenting complex information clearly and effectively.
Write, edit, proofread, and fact-check web content.
Ensure content aligns with branding, tone, and style guidelines.
Optimize content for SEO, web performance, and user experience.
Track content performance using analytics tools and provide improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and subject matter experts.
Manage project timelines and deliverables successfully.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in web content writing or digital marketing.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, content strategy, website editing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* 5+ years of experience in content planning and performance tracking.
* Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills.
* Basic graphic editing experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
* Bachelor s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
* Strong portfolio showcasing content across different audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in early childhood care and education domains.
* Strong collaboration skills working across multiple teams/agencies.
