Title: Secret-Cleared Test Engineer Navy/USCG C4ISR | Contract-to-Hire
Location: Moorestown, NJ (Onsite 3 days/week)
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Clearance Required: Active or Interim Secret Clearance
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen (Required for federal contract)
Job Overview:
We are hiring a Secret-Cleared Test Engineer to support a high-priority U.S. Coast Guard C4ISR program in Moorestown, NJ. You ll work directly on the Sea Commander platform, testing mission-critical systems on National Security Cutters (NSCs). This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and full-time conversion potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute testing and evaluation of shipboard and lab-based C4ISR systems
Support Combat System Ship Qualification Trials (CSSQT)
Provide input to TEMPEST, Information Assurance, and certification teams
Maintain test data and procedures in Micro Focus ALM
Ensure interoperability with DHS and DoD systems
Collaborate with Navy/USCG, engineering, and program stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
5 10 years of systems testing or engineering experience within Navy, USCG, or DoD programs
Experience with Tactical Data Links (Link 16, Link 11, JREAP-A/C) and Sea Commander
Familiarity with AEGIS Weapon Systems or similar Navy platforms
Hands-on use of Micro Focus ALM, MLST3/NGS, or CGSAIL
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Strong understanding of shipboard communications and C4ISR systems
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Clearance:
Active or Interim Secret Clearance required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
