Position: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $15-$17/hour
Location: Plymouth, MN - 100% Remote
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST
Contract Type: W2 Contract (1-year)

About the Role:
Join our virtual call center team supporting the State of Colorado s Medicaid billing and provider services. You ll be the first point of contact for medical providers, delivering excellent service while resolving inquiries about claims, prior authorizations, member eligibility, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from medical providers regarding claims, prior authorizations, eligibility, and benefits.

  • Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, maintaining a positive and professional tone.

  • Document all interactions in the system for tracking and reporting purposes.

  • Meet productivity, quality, and schedule adherence standards.

  • Follow all HIPAA and compliance regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED.

  • 1+ year customer service experience.

  • 1+ year call center experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM MST.

  • Private, quiet home office with reliable, secure internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

  • Experience in healthcare customer service, especially Medicaid/medical billing.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, CX1, Salesforce, and other call center tools.

  • Ability to work efficiently with providers on claims and prior authorizations while using technical systems and call software.
