Job Title: Vice President - Data Management

Location: Remote (40% Travel Required)

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

As a Vice President in the AI Consulting practice for P&C Insurance companies, you will help C-Suite Executives elevate their role through AI-led innovative strategies, consultative solution development and tactical execution. You will lead pursuit and delivery or large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business, data, and AI solutions for P&C insurance companies.

Your responsibilities will include identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. You will have the opportunity to lead client engagements, oversee the quality of deliverables, and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. You will also participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with P&C Insurance clients to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation and innovation.
  • Present generative AI use cases, proofs of concept, and success stories to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on the ethical, technical, and operational considerations of implementing generative AI and digital technologies

Project Management and Go-to-Market stage

  • Lead client solutioning during the client 1st engagement to understand the client's needs, as part of go-to-market and/or lead the end-to-end Proof of Concept delivery of generative AI projects, from ideation to production deployment.
  • Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability standards.
  • Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.

Technical Leadership

  • Work with cross-functional teams in building, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI solutions.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable AI business pipelines on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Stay current on advancements in generative AI, NLP, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Crew.ai, Autogen).

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years' experience working in Insurance organizations or consulting setting, advising C Suite on business transformation through data and AI capabilities
  • Experience developing a vision for the organizations and realizing the vision through large scale transformations encompassing process redesign and technology implementations.
  • Experience in transformation across P&C Insurance value chain using AI and machine learning technologies
  • Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
  • Provide business-oriented solution with ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, contributing to multidisciplinary teams and projects.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, think creatively, and adapt to evolving research trends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep domain experience in P&C Insurance functions such as Claims, Underwriting, Customer Service, Operations and Finance
  • Ability to provide strategy, transformation, and technology fluency (experience delivering ops and technology) to Office of the BU and Functional Leads
  • Exposure to AI, NLP, and ML technologies as applied to business process transformation
  • Working with cross-functional teams across different stakeholders
  • Experience developing proposals, establishing and delivering Programs with multiple work streams and large, multi-functional teams

Education & Experience:

  • Preferably Advanced degree in business (e.g., MBA) from a top tier program
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record
  • 15+ years of experience in Consulting and / or working for a large P&C Insurance company
  • Preferably experience in a similar vertical / domain having managed relationship at CXO level
