    Start Dates: September 22, 2025 & September 29, 2025
    Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Potential for permanent role based on performance and attendance)
    Location: Remote (must have HIPAA-compliant home workspace)
    Interviews: Not required - candidates must complete all agency form requirements.



    Job Summary


    We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialists to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining sensitive information in company databases and systems. Candidates must adhere to HIPAA guidelines, ensuring all confidential data is handled with the highest level of security and professionalism.



    Key Responsibilities



    • Accurately enter and update information in internal systems and databases.

    • Review, verify, and correct data for accuracy and completeness.

    • Maintain confidentiality of all records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

    • Meet productivity and quality standards while managing large volumes of data.

    • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data integrity.

    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies or system issues.



    Requirements



    • Completion of Data Entry Test via - results must be submitted with application.

    • Completion of Internet Speed Test - must demonstrate a minimum speed of 100 Mbps. Screenshot required.

    • A dedicated HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a door that can remain closed to ensure privacy.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.



    Additional Information



    • This is a Temp-to-Hire role: contractors may be offered permanent employment if they meet performance and attendance expectations.
