Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect Certification required.
- Salesforce OmniStudio Hands-on experience required; certification is a plus.
- Salesforce Health Cloud Experience strongly preferred.
- Stakeholder Management Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of relevant Salesforce experience.
- Must provide copies of certifications or link to verification with submission.
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Strong experience building scalable integrations using Integration Procedures.
- Skilled in custom UX development using OmniScripts and DataRaptors.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, including:
- FHIR data integrations.
- Data privacy, security, and consent management.
- Proven ability to translate functional requirements into solution designs aligned with business goals.
- Hands-on experience with consumer or patient-facing Salesforce solutions.
Compliance & Security
- Knowledge and experience with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance.
- Proficient in encryption, data masking, and data anonymization techniques.
- Ability to ensure compliance in patient-focused Salesforce implementations.
Additional Skills
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable to working across time zones in global teams.
- Experience executing cloud-native technologies and API strategies.
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery background.
