Location: Irvine, CA (100% onsite)

Hourly pay rate range: $35-$40, depending on experience



Business Systems Analyst (with Project Management Experience)


We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst who brings both strong analytical skills and project management experience to support system enhancements, new feature development, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is 50% technical and 50% project management, ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Gather and document detailed business requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing platforms


  • Coordinate and lead project tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communications


  • Conduct impact analysis and provide customer flow and UI/UX recommendations


  • Create user journey flows and mockups using Figma


  • Develop user acceptance test plans, facilitate UAT, and provide support, including hands-on testing (may involve driving Kia test vehicles)


  • Build and maintain reports to support data-driven decision making


  • Prepare presentations and documentation for internal teams and stakeholders



Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in systems design, business analysis, and testing


  • 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience


  • Proficient in Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (especially Teams for global coordination)


  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills


  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and international partners

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
