Business Systems Analyst (with Project Management Experience)
We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst who brings both strong analytical skills and project management experience to support system enhancements, new feature development, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is 50% technical and 50% project management, ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Business Systems Analyst (with Project Management Experience)
We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst who brings both strong analytical skills and project management experience to support system enhancements, new feature development, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is 50% technical and 50% project management, ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document detailed business requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing platforms
- Coordinate and lead project tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Conduct impact analysis and provide customer flow and UI/UX recommendations
- Create user journey flows and mockups using Figma
- Develop user acceptance test plans, facilitate UAT, and provide support, including hands-on testing (may involve driving Kia test vehicles)
- Build and maintain reports to support data-driven decision making
- Prepare presentations and documentation for internal teams and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in systems design, business analysis, and testing
- 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience
- Proficient in Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (especially Teams for global coordination)
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and international partners
