We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead the management of materials, assets, and overall warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient logistics, inventory accuracy, and asset maintenance.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead the management of materials, assets, and overall warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient logistics, inventory accuracy, and asset maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including organization, inventory control, and reporting to clients.
- Track assets and coordinate maintenance for vehicles and equipment.
- Promptly identify and report any damaged, missing, or misplaced items.
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Fleet Management team to ensure alignment on asset strategies.
- Schedule and manage preventative maintenance for vehicles and equipment with local service providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local repair shops and equipment vendors.
- Handle the pickup and delivery of supplies as needed.
- Receive and verify incoming and outgoing shipments, including returns.
- Ensure job-specific materials are stocked and maintained at the designated laydown yard.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Construction Manager and Corporate Asset Management team.

- Mechanical aptitude, for basic to intermediate equipment/vehicle and trailer repairs.
- Must be able to work in cooperation with others.
- Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
- Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends
- Should possess special skills in the operation of a forklift in negotiating the lift in close quarters.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent desired.
- One year of warehouse related experience.
- Forklift certification preferred or the ability to receive training.
- Microsoft Office skills; Intermediate to advance MS Excel knowledge
