IT Program Manager

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide implementations of finance and sales systems (SFDC, SAP, Tableau)
• Drive process improvements and system integrations across sales and finance operations
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple concurrent initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring business continuity
• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, status reports, and ROI metrics
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive updates
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations

SKILLS

• 8+ years program management experience in finance/sales systems implementations
• Strong expertise in SFDC, SAP, and Tableau; experience with system integrations
• Proficient in project management tools (Asana, JIRA) and methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
• Demonstrated ability to manage large scale transformation and complex, multi-workstream projects
• Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in process automation and workflow optimization
• Knowledge of financial processes and sales operations
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
• SFDC or SAP certifications a plus
• Must be available to work 3 days per week in SF Bay Area office
