Job Details

OneSparQ is looking for a .NET Technical Team Lead to manage production support, feature adds and bug fixes for an enterprise .NET/C# custom application. The role is fully remote preferred living on the East or Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with customers and the account management team to uncover key pain points and deliver focused enhancements that improve overall satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and lead those initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Maintain a hands-on role for more than 70% of your time, with strong proficiency in C# and SQL.
  • Ensure the Engineering Support team follows established processes and that defect prioritization is executed effectively.
  • Partner with project managers, product owners, and the Scrum Master to support timely delivery of team-related issues.
  • Help team members in Engineering Support remove obstacles that hinder defect resolution.
  • Work alongside fellow Architects to design and implement new services.
  • Lead recurring code reviews and provide mentorship to the team in best practices.
  • Serve as the primary triage contact for development-related escalations involving internal applications.
  • Participate in ongoing backlog prioritization with the broader team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to recognize shifting priorities and adjust accordingly.
  • Possess strong experience in building, delivering, and maintaining web-based applications.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands on C#/.NET developer experience with hands on experience working with Legacy Applications and modernizing to new applications
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, JIRA, Agile, Confluence, Source Control systems (Github)
  • Ability to manage, mentor and communicate with 3-4 on support team
  • Experience with SQL scripting for data extraction or manipulation and CI/CD cloud deploying
