Job Details

The Dynamics / Power Platform consultant will support a critical project to develop and implement a new case management system for a federal agency. The Consultant will work directly with client stakeholders and perform activities such as identifying and modeling process requirements, creating user stories from business requirements, identifying and modeling data requirements, defining business rules, identifying test requirements, creating test cases, perform testing, and being a functional liaison to the technical development team. They will use their knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to align business requirements to viable implementation designs and will assist with configuration of solutions in Dynamics / Power Platform. They will be part of an Agile development team and will assist with Scrum Master duties and will be the interface to the customer Product Owner. Overall, candidate must ensure the solution delivered by Procentrix fully satisfies client mission/business needs and expectations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $130K to $150K (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

Required Skills
  • 6+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst on IT systems development projects
  • At least 2 years of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics CE, including Model-driven Power Apps configuration
  • Experience working under an Agile Scrum methodology
  • Experience facilitating business requirements gathering and definition
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience testing acceptance criteria and/or working in a QC tester role
  • Experience working on consulting engagements with direct customer interaction
  • Ability to provide high-level functional, usability and testing expertise during the requirements phase
  • Ability to develop and utilize test plans and scripts for assigned projects
  • Ability to perform application testing to ensure program changes are functional and are compliant with established standards
  • Ability to work with developers, business analysts, and end-user groups to identify/resolve issues related to system changes
  • Ability to assist the development team in debugging and reproducing reported issues
  • Ability to test web applications against specifications and documentation
  • Ability to gain and maintain familiarity with all operating environments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
Desirable Skills
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications highly desired
  • Power BI and Power Automate configuration/development is highly desired
  • Federal Government consulting experience with the DoD
