Join a dynamic and innovative team as a Project Manager, focusing on Salesforce-based projects. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions for a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Facilitate agile methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to enhance project outcomes.
  • Act as the main technical liaison, translating business requirements into actionable workstreams.
  • Oversee resource allocation and project milestones to maintain alignment with scope and timeline.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives for better team performance and scalability.

Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years in managing technical or digital projects.
  • Proficiency in agile project management and delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing Salesforce-based projects is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in life sciences or regulated digital content is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
