Job Title: Solution Architect Data & Analytics Transformation
Location: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite 4 Days/Week)
Experience: 15 20 Years

NOTE: Heavy experience in Cloud presales is required

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead a Data and Analytics Transformation Program. The ideal candidate will engage directly with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data, BI, and analytics solutions. This role involves overseeing architecture design, data pipeline creation, advanced analytics enablement, and close collaboration with offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams to define reporting, analytics, and Conversational BI requirements.

  • Assess current data and BI landscape and define the target-state architecture.

  • Oversee the creation of data pipelines, semantic layers, and reporting assets.

  • Guide the adoption of advanced analytics using statistical, ML, or LLM techniques where applicable.

  • Ensure strong governance, DevOps readiness, and IaC-based deployments.

  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison for requirements, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder communication.

  • Work closely with offshore teams to ensure alignment on delivery and architecture standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15 20 years of experience in enterprise data warehousing, BI architecture, and large-scale analytics delivery.

  • Proven expertise in data modeling for analytics (dimensional modeling, semantic layer design).

  • Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data orchestration tools.

  • Deep understanding of data governance, metadata management, and IAM for data platforms.

  • Experience with enterprise BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML techniques for automation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.

  • Strong knowledge of DevOps for data CI/CD pipelines, version control, and code-based delivery.

  • Expertise in cloud-based analytics platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and BigQuery.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in an onsite offshore delivery model.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Conversational BI and LLM-based analytics enablement.

  • Background in financial analytics or operational data environments.

  • Hands-on experience in Cloud presales or solutioning for large transformation programs.
