Key Responsibilities
Lead global application support efforts for custom and SaaS systems (e.g., OMS, Manhattan, Dynamics 365, Google Cloud).
Manage onshore-offshore teams, ensuring timely issue resolution, service delivery, and SLA adherence.
Work closely with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Inventory, and Supply Chain to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot critical application issues and coordinate root cause analysis and remediation efforts.
Guide incident management, maintenance, debugging, and performance tuning.
Champion DevOps and automation using Azure Pipelines, Terraform, GitHub, and cloud-native tooling.
Mentor engineers and elevate team delivery standards through quality reviews, training, and process optimization.
Drive continuous improvement by adopting GenAI, automation, and best-in-class support practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years in enterprise application support and delivery leadership.
Prior experience as a Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Lead with a global IT services firm
Proven track record managing hybrid delivery models (onshore/offshore/nearshore).
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, and SQL/DB2.
Experience supporting full-stack applications and middle-tier components.
Familiarity with cloud platforms: Google Cloud (Pub/Sub, GKE, Cloud Run), Azure DevOps, Terraform.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to ERP and Supply Chain Systems.
Experience with MongoDB and EXTJS.
Knowledge of automation, monitoring, and AI-assisted troubleshooting tools.
