Job Details
A client of Sharp Decisions if looking for an IT - Business System Analyst - ServiceNow Configuration Specialist. This role is HYBRID in Phoenix AZ (5 days onsite) with an initial contract of 6+ months, W2 only.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure ServiceNow according to predefined templates and guidelines from the Process Improvement Team.
Adjust configurations to meet specific organizational needs.
Work closely with the Process Improvement Team to understand and apply template nuances.
Improve SharePoint functionalities to enhance user experience and system performance.
Facilitate the transition of information from SharePoint to Microsoft Teams.
Provide user support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow and SharePoint.
Maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
Experience configuring ServiceNow.
Understanding of ServiceNow and SharePoint architecture and functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration with SharePoint
