Title: Onshore Salesforce Support Lead
Work Location: MD (onsite)
Need 12+ years
Responsible for leading a global application support team, managing incident resolution, and ensuring minimal business disruption.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, providing updates, reports, and SLA compliance metrics.
Oversee application lifecycle, monitor performance, and manage software deployments, patches, and system optimizations.
