Position Summary
Ensures efficient and effective automation of software testing and development processes by planning and strategizing test scenarios, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying updated with industry trends. Contributes to improved quality, faster delivery, and enhanced productivity by developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, creating robust and reusable test scripts, executing automated tests, and integrating automation into the CI/CD pipeline.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Position Summary
Ensures efficient and effective automation of software testing and development processes by planning and strategizing test scenarios, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying updated with industry trends. Contributes to improved quality, faster delivery, and enhanced productivity by developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, creating robust and reusable test scripts, executing automated tests, and integrating automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Assists in the management of a team of Automation Engineers by setting goals, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring the team's productivity and professional development in order to maintain and innovate new automation solutions that improve the efficiency of the organization.
- Establishes processes to identify areas where automation can be leveraged to improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance patient care.
- Oversees automation engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manages team members in analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing streamlined and efficient processes that can be automated using leading-edge technology.
- Collaborates with automation engineers to design and develop software, scripts, or robotic process automation (RPA) workflows to automate repetitive and manual tasks.
- Helps establish and implement systems with seamless integration into existing infrastructure by performing testing to validate functionality and addressing any technical issues that arise during the integration process.
- Implements processes to monitor the performance of automated systems and processes to ensure they are functioning optimally and identify areas of improvement.
- Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.
- Confers training to users and stakeholders on how to utilize and interact with automated systems and processes.
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years work experience
- Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP) preferred.
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
