About the Role

We are seeking a world-class SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) expert to lead our enterprise-wide EWM transformation. This is not an order taker role we need a true thought leader who can own the EWM workstream end-to-end, guide best-in-class processes, and influence executive-level decisions.

You will bring proven experience in multiple S/4 EWM implementations and have the presence, confidence, and expertise to set the direction for our EWM solution design, ensuring it aligns with SAP Fit-to-Standard principles and industry best practices. Deep understanding of SAP Fit-to-Standard methodology and the ability to articulate what and why behind process design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the EWM authority, providing strategic direction and best-practice guidance throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Lead multiple design workshops and ensure alignment to SAP S/4HANA Fit-to-Standard processes.
  • Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to influence solution architecture and deployment strategy.
  • Define, document, and oversee execution of the EWM implementation roadmap.
  • Act as the go-to SME for EWM functionality, integration points, and configuration across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration with related modules such as TM (Transportation Management).
  • Travel onsite (U.S. and international) during key design and deployment phases.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in leading multiple SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations from design through go-live.
  • Recognized thought leader in EWM able to challenge assumptions, set strategic direction, and deliver innovative, best-in-class solutions.
  • Strong facilitation skills to lead executive-level workshops and gain alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently (U.S. & international) during project phases.
  • Experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management) highly preferred.
