Description

SAIC IS seeking an experienced Senior CSx Analyst to support the delivery of a secure, monitored, cloud-hosted environment for the Analytics Platform team for a federal customer. This platform is essential for teams and stakeholders within the agency to build AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI) applications. As the platform team, we provide the necessary infrastructure, tools, guidance, pipelines, automation, and best practices, ensuring that our customers can concentrate on their business needs and model development while the platform handles all non-functional requirements. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive technical background and experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives to refine and advance technical requirements. Working closely with Architects, team leads, and customers, they will ensure clarity and precision in the technical specifications. Moreover, they will assist the Service Delivery Manager with the coordination and management of releases and milestones, contributing significantly to product roadmap planning, bi-weekly sprint planning, sprint demos, and overall release coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the development and planning of the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead bi-weekly sprint planning sessions to establish and communicate clear goals and objectives.
• Organize and facilitate sprint demos for stakeholders, showcasing the latest developments and collecting feedback.
• Monitor progress towards goals, providing actionable reports and feedback to team members and management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process maps and requirement specifications.
• Oversee release coordination efforts, including planning and managing the deployment of product updates.
• Work with customers to elaborate technical requirements in collaboration with team leads and architects.
• Manage dependencies and foster collaboration to ensure smooth integration between teams.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency within the product development lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Implement agile methodologies to promote continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
• Maintain a clear and actionable backlog of user stories, ensuring priorities are well understood across the team.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 14 years of experience in business process analysis or project management within a product development environment.
• Proven experience in product roadmap planning and agile project management methodologies.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of Cloud and AI/ML technologies.
• Proven ability to work with customers to elaborate and refine technical requirements.
• Experience in ensuring integration and managing dependencies between cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for cloud environments.
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) or Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
