Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced UKG Clinical Application Analyst to lead system configuration, optimization, and support for workforce management and scheduling solutions in a large healthcare environment.
As a UKG Clinical Application Analyst, you will serve as the functional lead for scheduling implementations, providing expertise in system configuration, workflow optimization, and end-user support. This role requires strong clinical background combined with technical expertise to effectively translate healthcare operational needs into system solutions. As a UKG Clinical Application Analyst, you will serve as the functional lead for scheduling implementations, providing expertise in system configuration, workflow optimization, and end-user support. Requirements:
- 5+ years clinical experience in healthcare setting
- 3+ years experience with UKG Pro WFM or UKG Workforce Central
- Proven experience in system configuration, testing, and implementation
- Strong understanding of healthcare workforce management and scheduling practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate clinical requirements into technical solutions
- Healthcare IT implementation experience preferred
