Required Experience
- BA / BS degree in (Please choose Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline) preferred or 6-8 years of equivalent work experience in related technical disciplines
- Advanced degree a plus
- The minimum years of experience may be reduced for a candidate who has previously and continuously demonstrated highly effective performance
- Expertise with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word
- Mainframe IBM DB2 experience required
- In depth understanding of applicable products and/or services and of client needs and expectation
- Ability to demonstrate a questioning attitude toward established work processes and procedures
- Advanced knowledge, skills, and experience to perform all work requirements for the specific technical discipline; Also proficient in advanced features and functions for the specific technical discipline
- Sound leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Model active learning through continuing to develop breadth of knowledge, skills, and perspective
- Excellent analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlines
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
