We are seeking a Learning and Development Project Manager for a key client of ours to partner with stakeholders within the corporate training, digital learning, eLearning, and development teams. This position heavily relies on your Agile/Scrum background to deploy and support learning solutions and associated business processes. In this role you will manage operation efforts and resources to conduct analysis in order to resolve a business challenge from a technical and data perspective. This includes, but not limited to, functional requirements/capabilities, data flow, data quality, and data transformation. Primarily, you will Leveraging analytics and project management skills to manage multiple projects and align resources to ensure priorities are met.Present solution recommendations or options based on the problem statements and technical/data analysisReview, coordinate, and communicate product and system releases to end users and support teams so that impacts and actions can be delivered on a timely basis

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Project Management role on a Learning & Development teamAgile/Scrum Project Management skills are CRITICAL.Learning Management Systems (LMS) exposure and Learning & Development projectsThis is not an administrator position. This is a Project Management position within an internal L&D team.Internal stakeholder management and leading teams through an LMS implementation process, developing a training curriculum.Leadership and LMS administrative experience - in Cornerstone On Demand or a similar LMS system.Leveraging analytics and project management skills to manage multiple projects and align resources to ensure priorities are metExperience with product release management and product ownershipProven track record with Project Management or Project Coordination - specifically in a corporate learning settingStrong presence and communication skillsLeveraging all relevant technology tools, to include Microsoft applications, to manage day to day responsibilities and effectively communicate and collaborate across teamsHave worked with an onshore/offshore modelWorking knowledge of data analysis from collection through analysis and recommendationsSelf-sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learnExperience in a professional services firm or equivalentBachelor's degree (BA or BS) required
