Senior Data Scientist, Gaming Monetization Strategy (Hybrid)

• Understand business challenges and leverage data science to uncover critical influencing factors.
• Analyze and preprocess diverse datasets to identify key business trends.
• Develop and lead data analysis that identifies drivers of acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with product teams and stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations and optimize business performance.
• Present compelling insights to inform roadmap planning and strategic decision-making.

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in data and business analytics, with a strong background in subscriptions or monetization.
• Proven proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages like Python.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work hybrid (3 days a week onsite) in Redmond, WA, and collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
