IT/ITS Project Manager (Full-time & On-site)

Required Skills and Experience

* Experience managing Transportation infrastructure, IT, or public-sector technology projects.
* Serve as the main liaison between client and ITS IT teams for all contract-related communications and deliverables.
* Lead project planning, staffing coordination, and day-to-day operational oversight of TMC-related services.
* Ensure all project milestones, KPIs, and service levels are met or exceeded, in compliance with organization contract terms.
* Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and task assignments for IT, ITS, infrastructure, and security personnel.
* Monitor budget adherence, invoice processing, and contract modifications in collaboration with client and internal teams.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, risk assessments, and progress reporting to client stakeholders.
* Maintain documentation of operational workflows, SOPs, and contract deliverables.
* Lead or support emergency response coordination, disaster recovery planning, and on-call protocols as needed.
* Ensure that all project personnel remain compliant with client training, safety, and certification requirements.
* Facilitate collaboration with different teams to resolve issues and plan enhancements.
