Position: Oracle Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (San Francisco, CA)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) professional to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Oracle ChRM solutions. The role involves working with business and IT teams to streamline channel revenue processes, including trade management, claims, deductions, rebates, and chargebacks. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Oracle ChRM modules, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Channel Revenue Management modules.
- Manage processes related to trade promotions, claims, deductions, rebates, and chargebacks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with trade agreements and revenue recognition policies.
- Provide end-user training and support for ChRM functionalities.
- Analyze channel performance data to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Channel Revenue Management (E-Business Suite or Fusion).
- Strong understanding of trade management, claims, and rebates processes.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle ChRM.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business users.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
