RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Marketing Program Manager III to join their team onsite in San Diego CA.

Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our Assisted Tax Marketing strategy by coordinating across multiple teams and initiatives. This role is perfect for someone energized by new challenges, skilled at corralling large cross-functional groups and adept at distilling complexity into simplicity. The ideal candidate will be able to influence across teams and leadership levels, identify and communicate risks, accelerate outcomes, connect disparate efforts, and think creatively to drive impact.

Key Tasks:
* Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
* Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements
* Develops new business and expands product line
* Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments
* Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget
* Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
* Prepares proposals to win new programs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
* 5-8+ years of experience in marketing and program/project management, preferably in a large tech or consumer-facing company
* Proven track record of developing, implementing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs

Project & Program Management:
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
* Excellent problem-solving and risk analysis capabilities
* Proficiency in project management tools and platforms

Marketing Expertise:
* Strategic thinker with ability to align marketing strategy to business objectives
* Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels
* Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM)
* Budget management expertise, ensuring optimal ROI across initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
