Job Title: Help Desk Support (Hybrid)
Location: Trenton, NJ (Webcam Interview / In-person training) Duration: Long-Term
About the Role:
We're seeking a Help Desk Support professional to assist users with application issues, determine root causes, and execute resolution strategies effectively. The ideal candidate is communicative, tech-savvy, and organized, with a strong understanding of Microsoft tools and the ability to support a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to users and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of issues and resolutions.
- Support internal business applications and assist in site support tasks.
- Ensure all incidents and resolutions are documented per policy.
- Communicate with end users clearly and effectively, including follow-ups.
- Assist in projects and user onboarding where required.
