TITLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB DURATION: 6 MONTHS

Position Overview:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of field-testing activities for hardware and software systems. This role serves as the central point of communication between engineering teams, test sites, and stakeholders while maintaining strict security protocols and ensuring alignment with product development timelines. This position may require up to 25% travel to testing sites and partner facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of program management experience, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills to drive successful testing operations while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive field-testing strategies across multiple product lines.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams during complex in-field testing operations
  • Manage relationships with testing facilities and partner organizations
  • Create and execute risk mitigation strategies for field-testing activities
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting of test results
  • Coordinate logistics for in-field device deployment and testing operations
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning and execution and processes

  • Experience with data management and security protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in operations management.
  • Strong technical background in engineering or related field.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and platforms.
  • Degree in a technical field.
