Oracle Field Service Solution Architect (OFSC)
6 months+
Local to Bay area or open to travel to Milpitas as this will need onsite travel
Consultant with 12+years of experience in implementing & enhancing Oracle Field Service Cloud ( also known as TOA )
- • Good Understanding of the Oracle CX B2B Service Or Oracle Service Cloud Applications with work order Setup
• Ability to analyze field operations (Dispatch and Tech/Supervisors) processes and implement them with the solution capabilities of Oracle Field Service Cloud
• Experience in implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud with core application features along with quota and capacity management
• Understanding of the Field Service Functionality with relation to inventory installation and debriefing
• Exposure to the API framework of the Oracle Field Service Cloud
• Oracle Certification is desired
• Should have fluent communication skills, must have worked in Client facing roles
• Must have participated in various Project phases, like Requirement gathering, Mapping Design Develop and support
